To dive you don't need any previous experience, not even know how to swim! During the baptism dive, the accredited instructor stays with you, ensuring safety and higher quality for your tour.

The Aymoré Shipwreck – Ilhabela

In Diving Ilhabela for Accredited, the Aymoré Shipwreck is the ideal place for those divers who love the adventure of diving in a shipwreck in a safe and charming way. As it is one of the few wrecks close to the surface, with a maximum depth of 10m, diving for accredited divers can be performed at two points of the wreck, providing a unique and safe experience for accredited divers.

The wreck of the 60 meters long Brazilian cargo ship located in the São Sebastião channel on Ilhabela hosts a vast amount of marine species on a rocky shore with a sandy bottom perfect for long and impressive walks.

On the tour, it is possible to come across whitefish, turtles, schools of resident and passing fish, seahorses and many more animals that make up the fauna of the place.

What's Included

In the Ilhabela Naufrágio Aymoré dive for accredited people, upon arrival at the operator, the most important information for the dive will be passed on.

All clothing, equipment necessary for the execution of the experience will be made available, in addition to being guided by a dive master guide.

The value of the whole experience is R$ 350.00 / diver.

The Diving Experience

The experience begins at the dive operator where all equipment and instructions for use will be made available. After this process, the boat trip starts from Ilha das Cabras towards the Aymoré Shipwreck with a duration of 20min.

Arriving at the diving point, a cylinder is provided to the diver so that he can carry out his tour in the best possible way without worrying about losing anything from the wreck.

The wreck has a maximum depth of 10 meters and the dive lasts 40-50min per cylinder. Arriving close to the time limit, the instructor signals the return to the boat and after everyone is on board, they return to the operator.

The complete tour lasts a maximum of 3 hours, depending on the number of people on the way out.
